Ki (pronounced ‘Key') standard promises a more convenient kitchen that is free of power cords, provides cooking surfaces that are cool to the touch immediately after use, and improves space utilization that optimizes counter space. WPC is comprised of over 300 member companies from across the world, including Apple, Sony, Samsung, Microsoft, Huawei and Google, as well as many smaller and start-up technology companies. Their Qi interface technology is certified for over 9000 different wireless charging products-- a great example of what collaboration and cooperation can do.
