JURA presents key innovations to navigate obstacles with consumer success

Horst Nikolaus, CEO of JURA Elektrogeräte Vertriebs-GmbH, presented the latest innovations in coffee consumer goods at this week’s IFA Innovations Media Briefing (IMB).

The market for fully automatic coffee machines is still growing by 7%, Nikolaus said, overcoming existing obstacles for consumer goods.

Jura has seen welcome profits, and the segment of fully automatic coffee machines grew in the first five months of 2022 by over 20%.

Key to this success is the right positioning on the market, Nikolaus said. Naturally, innovation played a major role in becoming a market leader as well.

Another reason for the company’s success is service and communication with consumers. Nikolaus explained that the company’s service centres provide great costumer service with passion and competence.

Nikolaus also discussed an important new trend: cold brew, which has been addressed by Jura with new machines and innovations. The Z10 product, he said, was critically acclaimed and also embraced by customers. At IFA, Jura will present the Giga 10, a new premium fully automatic coffee machine.
