There are several SMT lines, and 12 production lines, several automatic machines and a number of high-precision test equipments, such as automatic printing machine, automatic glue dispenser, ATE tester etc. Our factory has two injection molding workshops, with 20 electric injection molding machines from YH Sino-Japanese joint venture. Most of our machines are matched with robotic arms, and the fully automatic frequency stability can improve product quality. The small Injection Molding machine production about 100g plastic items the daily output is 40000pcs .If the items more small can production much more one time ,The daily output can be more .The biggest machine production the 2.25KG plastic items one time one pcs the daily output is 1400pcs .
