Troy Treangen is an accomplished technology executive with a rich history of driving innovation and growth across the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. With over two decades of experience, Troy has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead and transform organizations, resulting in significant advancements in product development and technology solutions. His journey through various leadership roles showcases his exceptional expertise and visionary leadership.

As the Chief Product Officer at NIQ, Troy is at the forefront of shaping the company's product strategy and innovation. His current role involves driving the development of key platforms such as Discover, Connect, Byzzer, to help drive growth for CPG clients. Troy leads a global team of over 1,100 professionals while indirectly influencing over 2,400 engineers. His leadership has been pivotal in implementing agile transformation within product and engineering teams, ensuring a seamless transition towards more efficient and responsive operations.

Troy's extensive experience at NIQ and Nielsen includes serving as the COO of NIQ’s Byzzer, where he facilitated growth for small CPG manufacturers through actionable retail data insights. As the General Manager Strategic Verticals at Nielsen, he led key industry verticals and Technology Consultant teams, aligning technology with business objectives. Additionally, as the Commercial Technology and Connected Partner Program Leader at Nielsen, Troy spearheaded sales and engineering teams, specializing in Connected System and Global Track solutions, significantly advancing the company's technology offerings.

Troy's journey began with a computer science degree, setting the stage for his distinguished career. He started in web technologies and programming, later transitioning into transformative roles that seamlessly blend technology and leadership. Notable among these roles is his tenure as a Managing Consultant at Deloitte, where he specialized in Business Intelligence and "Big Data" Analytics. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Troy strategically harnessed technology for business enhancement. As Vice President of Client Solutions at IRI, he led teams in extracting actionable insights from data. His leadership as Executive Vice President/COO at Amish Naturals led to the successful launch of innovative grocery items. During his six-year tenure at Conagra Brands, Troy's expertise as Director of Sales Technology & Reporting earned him recognition for developing a Sales "Toolbox."
