As the CEO of REHAU New Ventures, I lead a team of innovators and entrepreneurs who create and launch new businesses within the REHAU Group, a global leader in polymer solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the architecture, construction, and engineering industry, I have a passion for solving complex problems with interdisciplinary teams. By making the way we build our world more sustainable, we help to improve the quality of life this and the next generation. My career journey has taken me from designing and building projects in Europe, to leading and transforming REHAU's operations in Greater China and Asia Pacific, to developing and executing new venture strategies across various markets and sectors. Along the way, I have learned to embrace the benefits and challenges of working with diverse teams in dynamic markets, and to leverage my architectural education and background to create value for customers and stakeholders. My mission is to inspire and empower my team to pursue new opportunities, challenge the status quo, and shape the future of REHAU and the industry.
