Michael Biel is the State Secretary for the Senate Department for Economics, Energy, and Public Enterprises in Berlin. He holds a degree in Political Science from the Free University of Berlin. Biel has extensive experience working in the German Bundestag, where he served in various roles including as an office manager and scientific advisor. Since December 2021, he has been contributing to Berlin's economic and energy policies as State Secretary.
