Manuel Gava is a member of the German Bundestag for the SPD parliamentary group. He is a full member of the Committee on Labour and Social Affairs and the Committee on Economic Cooperation and Development. Gava is his parliamentary group's rapporteur for the Supply Chain Act. He ran for constituency 39 for Osnabrück, Belm, Wallenhorst, Hasbergen, Hagen and Georgsmarienhütte. He has been Chairman of the Osnabrück SPD since March 2019.
