Constanze Büchner is the founder and Managing Director of CrewLinQ GmbH, a start-up for digital outage management in the healthcare sector, and is responsible for internal product development and marketing. 

Born in Munich in 1991, she first studied opera singing in Leipzig and then completed her Master's degree in Management & Culture at Dresden International University. During and after her studies, she worked in various organizations and companies in the cultural sector, including in sponsoring, brand development and corporate communications, and was Managing Director of Brandenburgische Sommerkonzerte gGmbH.  

Constanze Büchner was responsible for various consulting projects in the areas of branding, personnel consulting and structural consulting.  

In 2021, she founded CrewLinQ in Potsdam and has had the lead investor Brandenburg Kapital at her side since 2022.
