Junior Sponsoring Manager (all genders)

General Responsibilities
- Identify and creatively develop sponsorship opportunities and activations that appeal to both existing clients and new, non-endemic brands.
- Conduct thorough market and industry research, analyzing company backgrounds and marketing strategies to craft sponsorship packages that align with potential clients’ business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on cutting-edge marketing trends and sponsorship best practices to drive the development of innovative, forward-thinking concepts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, marketing, operations) and external agencies to create inspiring, well-researched, and engaging sponsorship initiatives.
- Produce detailed sponsorship presentations with activation ideas and concepts that resonate with brand partners.
Sales Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database, network, and relationships with potential high-value sponsorship partners, especially in non-endemic sectors, to drive future growth.
- Proactively engage, pitch, and manage sponsorship clients, overseeing the full delivery of sponsorship packages (before and during IFA).
- Act as an internal consultant to the sales team, sharing sponsorship opportunities for their accounts and communicating sponsorship programs internally.
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of all sponsorship benefits across all programs.
Execution Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Operations/Production team (agencies) regarding the feasibility and implementation of sponsorship concepts.
- Work closely with PR and marketing teams to integrate sponsorship programs and brand activations into broader campaigns and communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for non-endemic sponsors during the execution phase and as an internal liaison with the operations/production team (agency).
Your profile
- Completed business studies degree
- Minimum of 1+ year of professional experience in a sales role
- Experience in designing and marketing sponsorship concepts
- Strong sales skills, as well as enjoyment in selling and customer consulting
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of persuasiveness, ideally bilingual
- Analytical skills, economic understanding, and organizational ability
- High level of customer orientation and quality awareness
- Strong affinity for advertising, technical, and digital products
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Willingness to work on weekends
