Rumina Ali is a seasoned corporate fundraiser with over 10 years of experience working within the charity sector, with respected organisations including Marie Curie and JUSTICE. She is currently the Corporate Employability Lead at the Prince's Trust, a national youth charity who has supported over one million young people to date.

As part of her role, she works with leading brands across the country to design and deliver diverse employability programmes. Always with the aim to build confidence, raise career aspirations and breakdown barriers to employment. She's proud to play a part in championing marginalised young people into exciting, meaningful careers in sectors where they are often underrepresented.
