Rebecca Steinhage, born in 1977, has been Executive Director Human Resources & Corporate Affairs of the Miele Group since July 1, 2022, having joined the company in 2019 as Senior Vice President Human Resources. As Executive Director, she is also responsible for Sustainability & Regulatory Affairs, Communications and Internal Auditing. Prior to joining Miele, she was Senior Vice President Corporate HR, Executives and Talents at Bertelsmann, where the industrial clerk and business administration graduate completed her dual studies in 2001 and subsequently held various HR management positions. In 2010, she moved to LR Global Holding GmbH, where she was responsible for Global Human Resources, before returning to Bertelsmann in 2015.
