As a founding member of Alibaba Group and Alipay in Europe, Pamela has over 17 years of experience in tech and fintech industries and specialises in Go To Market and Digital Growth Strategy. She rolled out Alibaba and Alipay to 10+ countries across Europe, Middle East and Latin America in her 10 years' tenure and built the international team from scratch.'

Currently she dedicates her time on empowering entrepreneurs, start-ups and charities, with a focus toward female entrepreneurs and founders from underrepresented backgrounds. Her ambition is to make a positive impact on the world by bridging the gap of inequality. She is passionate about different cultures and has travelled to 60+ countries.
