Passionate about philanthropy and the intersection of business and social good, Elina served as a global philanthropic advisor for the prestigious Allan & Gill Gray Foundation. Her collaboration with the Gray family provided a unique perspective on the confluence of leadership, identity, and social impact. Originally a corporate attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Elina's true calling emerged when she merged law, entrepreneurship, and psychology to offer a fresh and compelling perspective on leadership. Her diverse educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychology from Columbia University's Teachers College, a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar), and a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor's degree in Economics from New York University.
