Elina is a dynamic and provocative speaker, leadership advisor, and author who unlocks purpose, personal power, and boundless possibilities for her clients. Her forthcoming book, "Upgrade: The Path of Young Global Leaders," draws on her extensive experience working with leaders in startups, nonprofits, and multinationals, equipping emerging leaders with innovative insights and practical strategies for navigating the evolving business landscape. Passionate about philanthropy and the intersection of business and social good, Elina served as a global philanthropic advisor for the prestigious Allan & Gill Gray Foundation. Her collaboration with the Gray family provided a unique perspective on the confluence of leadership, identity, and social impact. Originally a corporate attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Elina's true calling emerged when she merged law, entrepreneurship, and psychology to offer a fresh and compelling perspective on leadership. Her diverse educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychology from Columbia University's Teachers College, a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar), and a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor's degree in Economics from New York University. Elina has also completed the Columbia University Executive Coaching Program and holds certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Continuously seeking growth and understanding, she is currently pursuing certification in Psychedelics Therapy from the California Integral Institute.
