Christine Betz is the CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer) of BSH Hausger'te GmbH, one of the world's leading manufacturers of household appliances.

She has more than 20 years of experience and extensive expertise in various management positions in the automotive industry, with more than 10 years she dedicated to the area of sustainability.

Prior to joining BSH in 2021, Christine Betz was Vice President Sustainability at ZF Friedrichshafen AG where she has developed, managed and implemented the ZF Group's ambitious global sustainability strategy. In the years prior to that she was Director of Corporate Compliance at the ZF Friedrichshafen AG responsible for sustainability as well as politics and external affairs.

In addition, she brings longstanding experience in strategy, mergers & acquisitions and quality management at ZF Friedrichshafen AG.

Christine Betz studied business administration at the University of Cooperative Education in Ravensburg and graduated with a master's degree before joining ZF Friedrichshafen AG as a trainee.
