In this role, he leads a small, dedicated team and oversees the sections Automotive, Railway, and Batteries. His expertise lies in analyzing legislative initiatives related to EV charging solutions and developing strategies to promote increased commitment and investment in the field.'

Prior to his current position, Andr' held the position of Government Relations Director and Head of the Berlin Office at the Independent Flight Attendant Organization. Here, he''represented the association to government officials and managed legislative matters concerning aviation and labor law.'
